Why are your products prices lower than the market?
It's a combination of two main things. We have a lower profit margin than most shops and also a low shipping cost.

How often is your website updated with new products?
We update the website regularly. You call always see the new product by selecting "Latest Arrivals" on the left hand side menu.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Payson, Direct Debit and European Bank Transfer.

How much is shipping?
It depends on the destination and the weight. The shipping of a typical order that weights 500gr is approximately:
Within Europe: 3.61 GBP, 42 SEK, 4.5 €, 34 DKK, 35 NOK
Within the UK: 1st Class, £1.94 – 2nd Class, £1.63
Worldwide (except Europe): £6.07, 12.40 AUD, 11.82 USD, 11.72 CAD

How long does delivery take?
It depends on the destination. The approximate delivery times are as follows:
Within Europe: From 3 working days
Within the UK: 1st Class, 1-2 working days – 2nd Class, 3-15 working days
Worldwide (except Europe): From 5 working days
Note that order processing and packaging can take up to one day.

How do I find the size suitable for me?
Each manufacturer has its own size symbols and chart. Read the size chart included in the description of each product. It is also useful to look at our size chart, you can find at the bottom of the homepage, to help you understand how to measure clothes' lengths, width, etc.

No problem. You can always email us and we'll do our best to acquire it for you.

What is your return policy and how do I return something?
We refund or exchange any item purchased, if it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, within 7 working days. The date on the stamp will be used as a reference. See more rules about returns on our Policies.
